ノーベル賞物理学者のGerard 't Hooft教授(Utrecht U.) による特別講演が行われますので、お知らせ致します。

アブストラクト：
The cosmological constant is the most conspicuous example of an unnaturally small parameter
in Nature. Its smallness would be natural only if we could identify a symmetry that would
`protect' its value from large renormalization effects. A candidate for such a symmetry is
the replacement of coordinates x by ix . This would map DeSitter space into anti-DeSitter space
and back. Only the vacuum state should be invariant under such a symmetry.
