Note:
-Only the "Letter of Consent and Acceptance" format is available in English. Use other formats in Japanese.
論文の本文を書く言語の選択/The language of your dissertation (Japanese / English)
締切：5月18日（月）23時59分まで
UTASのアンケート機能から登録をしてください。
指導教員と決めた論文題目に基づく本文をどちらの言語（日本語か英語）で書くのか教えてください。
・本文を英語で書く場合:手続きは不要です。
・本文を日本語で書く場合:URLに必要情報を入力し、送信してください。（必要情報：学籍番号、氏名）

In accordance to the decision with your academic supervisor, advise us in which language you write your doctoral dissertation.
If you write in English, no registration is necessary.

提出期間 7月6日（月）【締切厳守】
受付時間 午前９：３０～１１：３０／午後１：３０～４：３０
論文表紙及び全ての書類において、論文題目の記載を完全一致（半角全角、記号、スペース、下付き/上付き数字、和訳等含む）させてください。
期間中に論文提出できない場合は9月修了ができません。
審査委員会を解散する必要があるため、指導教員が物理教務へメールにてご連絡ください。

Deadline : July 6 (Mon.), 2020 (no later than the deadline)
Office hour: 9:30 - 11:30 / 13:30 - 16:30
Please make sure that the title of your dissertation is spelled perfectly coincide (including single-byte/ double-byte characters, marks, spacing, superscripts/subscripts, and Japanese translation) on the cover and all other related documents.
Students who failed to submit their dissertation by the deadline cannot complete in September.
Please make sure that the academic supervisor informs the Physics Academic Affairs Office by email if any of your registered students will not complete in September. It is for us to disban the defense committee.

電子ファイルでの送付を希望する場合はこちらで必要情報をこちらで登録をしてください。3営業日以内に送ります。

提出はご自身の責任の上でこちらにアップすることで提出できます。
その場合、ファイル名は次のように作成してください。

物理教務へ「指導教員による博士論文確認書」提出：7月8日(水)
→学生は論文提出後に物理教務に立ち寄ります。
そのため、指導教員が本用紙を学生にお預けして提出することでも構いません。（フォームは先生がお持ちです）
主査・副査への論文提出期限：7月10日（金）
主査による物理教務への受領確認：7月13日（月）23：59まで
The deadline to submit of the "Confirmation of the doctoral dissertation by the academic supervisor" to the Physics Academic Affairs Office is July 8 (Wed.).
→Applicants are required to come to the Physics Academic Affairs Office after dissertation submission. Thus, your academic supervisors may give you the Confirmation sheet to submit to us on behalf. (Your academic supervisor has the format.)
Submission deadline to the Chair committee and Vice committees: July 10 (Fri.).
Receipt confirmation by the Chair committee to the Physics Academic Affairs Office: 23:59, July 13 (Mon.).

＊審査期間（予定）：7月7日（火）～7月31日(金)/Defense period (TBF) : July 7 (Tue.) ~ July 31 (Fri.), 2020

コロナウイルス感染拡大防止の観点から、オンラインで審査会をおこないます。 参加希望をする方は、物理教務事務室まで参加希望審査会の発表者（学位申請者）、所属、氏名、をお知らせください。
参加にあたり学位論文審査の進行を妨げる行為をした場合は退出をお願いすることがあります。
発表者へ
・対面審査を行う前提でセミナー室を確保しております。
また、今回はコロナウイルス感染拡大の観点よりオンラインによる審査を可能としているため、 希望する場合は個別に主査に事前に申し出ること。 （2020.6.8追記）
・各自、事前に会場設備（プロジェクター等）の動作確認をすること
・会場が理学部1号館のセミナー室（414・431・512等）である場合は鍵の借用が必要です。
担当：物理事務室（理1-234号室)
発表審査会の時間は2時間以内が目安です。
2時間の内訳 口頭による論文内容の説明：約40分
主査の司会による公開質疑応答：約20分
非公開の審査：～60分
From the point of view to prevent further spread of COVID-19, all defenses will be carried out online.
If you would like to observe a defense, please advise PAAO your name, affiliation, and the name of the presenter(applicant) you would like to observe.
One can be asked to leave if any annoying behavior is found during a defense.
For presenters,
-A seminar room is reserved, on the assumption that a face-to-face defense is goint to take place.
Thus, you have to request the Chair committee for an online defense in advance if you wish to have one, since online defense is allowed only as the precautional measure against COVID-19.(add:2020.6.8)
- Test the equipment such as projectors in the venue in advance if they work properly.
- In case the venue is located in Room 414, 431 and 512 in Faculty of Science Bldg 1, the key of the rooms must be picked up from the Physics General Office (JIMU) in Room 234.
A defense committee is scheduled to be about 2 hours;
Presentation of the dissertation should be about 40 min.
Questions and answers should be about 20 min.
The rest of 60 min. is for closed-door defense discussion.

返信締切：9月9日（火）午前10時まで
・修士修了予定者 博士進学を希望されている場合、博士進学時に9月28日以降に学生証を新たに交付する予定です。
その際に修士の学位記をお渡しする予定です。 ご都合により配付方法の１または２を希望される場合のみ、締切までに返信にてお知らせください。
