学割での通学定期券の購入にあたり、「通学定期乗車券購入証明書」の用紙が必要です。2021年4月以降も在籍する学生は2021年3月1日より物理教務でお渡しします。
When purchasing a student commuter pass at student discount rate, you need a "Student Commuter Certificate". This certificate is handed to you  at the Physics Academic Affairs Office(PAAO) from March 1.

対象学生 Eligible grades
学部４年生、修士２年生、博士２年生、３年生（2021年４月１日現在）
4th year undergraduate,M2,D2,D3(as of April 1)

配布方法 Distribution method
物理教務事務室にて配布 
直接の来室が難しい場合は郵送でもお渡しします。
It will distributed at PAAO.
If it is difficult to come to our office, we can send it by post.

郵送を希望する場合
交付を希望するキャンパスで担当部署が異なるため郵送先が異なります。
＜本郷キャンパス:Hongo＞
物理教務事務室へ次のものを送付してください。
・84円切手貼付した返信先の宛先を明記した返信用封筒
・現在使用中のR2年度の「通学定期乗車券購入証明書」
・学籍番号、氏名、交付を希望するキャンパスの３点を記した用紙(書式自由)
なお、R2年度の通学定期乗車券購入証明書を紛失された場合は、上の用紙にその旨を記載すること

a self addressed, 84yen stamped envelope
with your former student commuter certificate enclosed to the address below.
Please note we are in charge of Hongo Campus only.Please contact the
Graduate School Office for Kashiwa & Komaba Campus.
