Fourier transform spectrometers are generally limited to slow scanning rates at high resolution. Here, Ideguchi Group at the University of Tokyo demonstrate highly efficient Fourier transform spectroscopy using a dynamic phase-control technique that enables fast acquisition without compromising bandwidth or resolution.
