Guidlines for Reserving Seminar Rooms by Undergraduate Students


学部学生の借用可能な部屋/The rooms which undergraduate students can use

部屋の借用の流れ/Procedure of Reserving Seminar Rooms

部屋の空き状況を教室予約サイトで確認
予約は、使用の2日前から受付可能(2日前に土日は含みません)
平日AM10:00~PM8:00まで使用可能
Webフォームより申請

Vacant rooms can be checked in the website "ROOM RESERVATION MANAGER".
Room booking can be made from 2 days before use. (Staturdays and Sundays are not included in "2 days".)
Rooms are available 10:00 AM~8:00PM on weekdays.

使用上の注意/Precautions for Use

室内は飲食厳禁。
部屋を綺麗に使うことを心がけ、使用後の黒板、白板はすべて消すこと。
上のルールが守れない場合、その他問題が生じた場合には以後、学部生への貸し出しを一切禁止する。

No food or drink is allowed in seminar rooms.
Please bear in mind to keep rooms clean and tidy. Erase everything on blackboards/whiteboards after use.
In case the above rules are not followed or if any other problem arises, room reservation by all undergraduate students shall be prohibited thereafter.

鍵が施錠されている場合(夏季・冬季・春季休暇中)/In case rooms are locked (During summer, winter and spring holidays)

鍵の借用は当日、物理事務室に受け取りにいく。
使用後は速やかに鍵を物理事務室に返却すること。
返却時に、事務室が閉まっている場合は、物理事務室前の返却ボックスに入れる。

Please visit the Physics Affairs Office to borrow the key of the room on the day of use.
After use, please retun the key to the Physics Affairs Office immediately.
In case the Physics Affairs Office is closed when you visit to return the key, please drop it in the post(rerurn) box in front of the Office.
