修士課程2年在学者で平成29年9月に課程を修了しようとする学生は下記要領で修士論文を作成・提出してください。 When submitting a master's thesis, please make sure that the cover and the title of the thesis is described in a completely consistent manner (including single-and double-byte characters, symbols, spacing, superscripts/subscript digits and Japanese translation,etc. ). |
| 1. 作成要領 |
Ａ4版・両面コピー
緑のフラットファイル （A4S）
左側を綴じ、ファイルの表紙と背表紙に論文題目と氏名を記入
部数は3部用意すること
主査用(1部）・副査用(2部）：計3部を主査(指導教員）に提出してください。
Paper size for Thesis: A4/ double-sided copying
Please use a flat file (Green /A4S), bind a thesis on the left-hand side and enter thesis title and the applicant's name on Cover and Spine .
Please prepare 3 copies of the thesis. (1 for Chief examiner and 2 for Sub-Chief examiner)
Please submit 3 copies in total to your academic supervisor (Chief examiner).

Master's Thesis Screening for graduate students who are scheduled to complete the Master's program in September,2017.
[学生の方へ]
･審査会当日は会場設備（プロジェクター等）のチェックを事前に行ってください。
･理学部1号館内のカギ借用について
201a・201b号室の部屋のカギは開いています。
セミナー室（414・431・512等）が会場となっている場合は、部屋のカギを『物理事務室』（理1-234号室）にて借用ください。
| 5. 最終版提出論文について [Submission of the final edition of Master's Thesis] |
最終版1部は、平成29年8月18日(金)17：00までに指導教員の先生より物理教務に提出してください。
Please ask your academic supervisor to submit one copy of the final edition to Physics Academic Affairs Office by August 18 (Fri.) 17:00.
| 修士課程修了に要する単位数について [Number of credits to be earned in order to complete a Master's program.] |
修士論文提出の準備を進めていただくとともに、ご自身の単位修得状況も確認ください。
修士課程：30単位以上＋研究倫理
(物理学特別実験I～IIまたは物理学特別演習I～II：20単位を含む）
Along with proceeding a preparation for a submission of Master's Thesis, please check the status of the number of credits you have earned.
Number of credits necessary to be earned in order to complete Master's program: more than 30 credits. (Including 20 credits for Seminar in Theoretical Physics I-II or Experimental Research I-II)
| 博士課程出願について(9月修了予定者対象） [Application for Doctoral program (for students completing Master's program in September, 2017)] |
博士課程に進学する学生も博士課程の手続きが必要です。
〇出願期間・出願場所
平成29（2017）年5月1日（月）～5月31日（水）（消印有効）
ただし、大学院担当の窓口に提出する場合は17時受付締め切り
配布場所 大学院理学系研究科・大学院担当 …理学部1号館西棟1階・105号室

●内部進学者は、修士論文の審査会が博士課程入学審査を兼ねています。
1月30日(月)の試験の受験及びTOEFLスコア提出の必要はありません。
※出願期間を過ぎた場合はどの様な事情があっても願書は受理されないので注意してください。
Please note that those students who advance to Doctoral program also need to take an applicaiton procedure to Doctoral program.

Monday, May 1, 2017 to Wednesday, May 31,2017 (postmark deadline)
In case a submission is made to the counter of Graduate School Office, the reception will be closed at 17:00.
