博士後期課程の学生（平成30年10月1日以前の入進学者）で、令和3年9月24日付修了予定者
Doctoral students who were enrolled before October 1, 2018 and are scheduled to complete their degree on September 24, 2021.

2021/06/01 に博士３年生にメールで配付しました。
It was distributed to third-year doctoral students via e-mail around Tuesday, June 1, 2021.
注意
・英文の様式は、同意承諾書のみです。論文関係の書類は該当する和文様式を使用してください。

指導教員の了解を得たうえで、論文を書く言語(日本語か英語)を5月17日（月）までに申告してください。

博士論文審査会 発表スケジュール/Dissertation defense committee schedule
審査会スケジュールは6月中旬にお知らせ予定です。
The schedule will be announced around mid-June.
審査期間（予定）：7月6日（火）～7月30日(金)
Defense period (TBF) : Tue, 6 July ~ Fri, 30 July, 2021
2021.6.7 審査会スケジュールをメールでお知らせしました。The schedule was announced by email.
論文タイトルに変更が生じた場合は、7月5日に論文題目変更届を物理教務に提出してください。
If you have any changes in the title of your thesis, you must submit a title change form to PAAO on 5 July.
理学系研究科の論文提出期間/Submission period of dissertations to GSS
理学系HPへ
提出期間 7月5日（月）【締切厳守】
受付時間 午前９：３０～１１：３０／午後１：３０～４：３０
論文表紙及び全ての書類において、論文題目の記載を完全一致（半角全角、記号、スペース、下付き/上付き数字、和訳等含む）させてください。
期限までに論文を提出できない学生は9月に修了できません。論文を提出しない場合には審査委員会を解散する必要があるため、指導教員が物理教務へメールにてご連絡ください。

Deadline : Mon, 5 July, 2021 (no later than the deadline)
Office hour: 9:30 - 11:30 / 13:30 - 16:30
Please make sure that the title of your dissertation is spelled perfectly coincide (including single-byte/ double-byte characters, marks, spacing, superscripts/subscripts, and Japanese translation) on the cover and all other related documents.
Students who failed to submit their dissertation by the deadline cannot complete in September.
Please make sure that the academic supervisor informs PAAO by email if any of your registered students will not submit his/her dissertation. It is for us to disban the defense committee.

主査による物理教務への受領確認：7月12日（月）23：59まで
＊ 審査員を確認し、主査、副査へ論文をお渡しするにあたり、事前に連絡を取り、どのような方法での受け取りを希望されるのかうかがうようにしてください。
Submission deadline to the Chair committee and Vice committees: Fri, 9 July
Receipt confirmation by the Chair committee to PAAO: 23:59, Mon, 12 July
