修士論文の提出要項/Submission guideline
提出期限：平成31年1月4日（金）17:00まで　※　期限は厳守のこと
提出先：指導教員(主査）
部数　3部：主査用(1部）・副査用(2部）
※　最終版1部は、指導教員が平成31年1月31日(木)17：00までに物理教務へ提出

論文作成要項；
A4版・両面コピーで作成
緑のフラットファイル （A4S）を使用
左側を綴じ、ファイルの表紙、背表紙、中表紙に論文題目と氏名を記入
論文題目は、日本語と英語のもの併記
論文題目の順番は、
・本文が英語の場合は和訳を改行のうえカッコ書き“（ ）”で付記してください。
・本文が日本語の場合は日本語の題目と改行のうえ英語の題目を併記してください
背表紙の題目は論文使用言語の記載が必須です。
記載される論文の題目は完全一致（半角全角、記号、スペース、下付き/上付き数字、和訳等含む）していないものは受け取れません。
登録した題目から変更する場合は「題目変更届」の提出が必要です
最終版の論文は理学図書館にて保管されます

Deadline:  January 4, 2019 (Fri.), 17:00
No submission is accepted after the deadline.
Submit to:  your academic supervisor (chair committee)
Number of copies:  3 copies (chair committee 1/vice committees 2)
*One copy of the final version must be submitted by the academic supervisor  to the Physics Academic Affairs Office by January 31 (Thu.), 17:00.

Thesis Format；
・A4 size / duplex printing
・Flat file (green / A4S)
・Left side bound, the title and your name must be printed on the cover, the spine and the first page.
・The title must be written both in Japanese and English.
   -If the thesis is in English, the Japanese title comes in a new line with brackets "()".
   -If the thesis is in Japanese, put the English title in a new line without any bracket.
・On the spine, the title must be noted in the same language as the thesis.
・The titles on the cover, the spine and the first page in the thesis must be spelled perfectly coincide (including one-byte/half-byte, marks, spaces, subscript/superscript numbers and the Japanese translation)  Otherwise the thesis cannot be accepted.
・In case the title is changed, a “Title Change Form” must be submitted.
・The final version of theses will be kept in the Science Library.

論文の本文を書く言語の選択（日本語か英語）/The language of your Master's thesis (Japanese / English)
締切：10月17日（水）23時59まで
UTASのアンケート機能から登録をしてください。
指導教員と決めた論文題目に基づく本文をどちらの言語（日本語か英語）で書くのか、次の点を教えてください。
・本文を英語で書く場合:URLに必要情報を入力し、送信してください。（必要情報：学籍番号、氏名）
・本文を日本語で書く場合:手続きは不要です。

Deadline：October 17 (Wed.), 23:59 pm
Register from the enquate tab in UTAS.
In accordance to the decision with your academic supervisor, advise us in which language you write your thesis.
　If you write in English, please fill in your student ID number and your name in the web-form and send it to us.
　If you write in Japanese, no registration is necessary at this moment.

平成31（2019）年4月進学のための出願は終了しました。

「学位記記載事項確認表」の配布/Confirmation of the "Diploma Registration Certificate"
締切：2019年1月25日（金）まで
配布場所：物理教務事務室
※　物理教務事務室に立ち寄ることが難しい場合は、電子ファイルで送ります。
必要情報をこちらで登録をしてください。3営業日以内に送ります。
（フォームは学位記記載事項の確認と進路状況調査を兼ねています）
ただし、提出は上の締切までに原紙が必要です。（必着）

Deadline:  January 25 (Fri.), 2019
Distributed at the Physics Academic Affairs Office
*　If it is difficult for you to come to the Office, a digital file is also available.
Fill in the form below.
 The digital file will be sent to you within three working days by email.
(The file consists of the confirmation of the "Diploma Registration Certificate" and the exit survey of post-graduate plans.)
Please note that you still need to submit the original copy by the due date.

※　UTASからも進路状況調査の登録ができます。その場合は用紙、電子ファイルの提出は不要です。

Notes for thesis presenters;
- Test the equipment such as projectors in advance if they work properly.
- In case the venue is located in Room 414, 431 and 512 in Science Bldg 1, the key of the rooms must be picked up from Physics General Office (JIMU) in Room 234.
