提出期限：令和3年1月6日（水）17:00まで （期限厳守）
提出先：指導教員(主査）
部数 3部：主査用(1部）・副査用(2部）
※ 最終版1部は、指導教員が令和3年1月29日(金)17：00までに物理教務へ提出
※ 最終版は、表紙、中表紙、背表紙は指導教員が登録した題目と完全一致（半角全角、記号、スペース、下付き/上付き数字、和訳等含む）している冊子のみ、受け取ります。
※ 当初、指導教員が登録した題目から変更する場合は「題目変更届」の提出が必要です。
論文作成要項；
A4版・両面コピーで作成
緑のフラットファイル （A4S）を使用
左側を綴じ、ファイルの表紙、背表紙、中表紙に論文題目と氏名を記入
表紙と中表紙における論文題目は、日本語と英語のもの併記
論文題目の順番は、
・本文が英語の場合は英語の題目と改行のうえカッコ書き“（ ）”で日本語の題目を併記
・本文が日本語の場合は日本語の題目と改行のうえカッコ書き“（ ）”で英語の題目を併記
背表紙の題目は論文使用言語での記載が必須です。
最終版の論文は理学図書館にて保管されます
※ 2021年3月修了者より変更
理学系研究科からの依頼で論文で使用していない言語のタイトルはカッコ書き“（ ）”による題目の併記が求められるようになりました。

No submission is accepted after the deadline.
Submit to: your academic supervisor (Chair)
Number of copies: 3 copies (Chair 1/ vice committees 2)
*One copy of the final version must be submitted by the academic supervisor to the Physics Academic Affairs Office by January 29 (Fri.), 17:00.
*We accept the copy of the final version only when the titles on the cover, the spine and the first page in the thesis are spelled perfectly coincide (including one-byte/half-byte, marks, spaces, subscript/superscript numbers and the Japanese translation).
*In case the title is changed from the one your academic supervisor registered, a “Title Change Form” must be submitted.
Thesis Format；
・A4 size / duplex printing
・Flat file (green / A4S)
・Left side bound, the title and your name must be printed on the cover, the spine and the first page.
・The title on the cover and the first page must be written both in Japanese and English.
・The order of the title is;
-If the thesis is in English, the Japanese title comes in a new line with brackets "()".
-If the thesis is in Japanese, put the English title in a new line with brackets "()".
・On the spine, the title must be written in the same language as the text of the thesis.
・The final version of theses will be kept in the Science Library.
*Modification of the thesis format (from students to complete in March 2021)
The Graduate School of Science is requiring the title of your thesis in both Japanese and English; the language you do not use in the text must be also written in brackets "()".

指導教員と決めた論文題目に基づく本文を英語で書く場合のみ、アンケートにお答えください。
・本文を英語で書く場合:URLに必要情報を入力し、送信してください。（必要情報：学籍番号、氏名）
・本文を日本語で書く場合:手続きは不要です。

コロナウイルス感染拡大防止の観点から、オンラインで審査会をおこなうこともあります。
参加希望をする方は、物理教務事務室まで参加希望審査会の発表者（学位申請者）とその主査、所属、氏名、をお知らせください。
参加にあたり学位論文審査の進行を妨げる行為をした場合は退出をお願いすることがあります。
発表者へ
・対面審査を行う前提でセミナー室を確保しております。 コロナウイルス感染拡大の観点よりオンラインによる審査を可能としているため、 希望する場合は個別に主査に事前に申し出ること。
・論文題目、発表日時を確認してください。 論文題目の変更（半角全角、記号、スペース、下付き/上付き数字、和訳等含む）がある場合は『題目変更届』の提出が必要です。
なお『題目変更届』は教員が持っております。
・各自、事前に会場設備（プロジェクター等）の動作確認をすること
・会場が理学部1号館のセミナー室（414・431・512等）である場合は鍵の借用が必要です。 担当：物理事務室（理1-234号室)
As a preventive measure against COVID-19, your defense may be carried out online.
If you would like to observe a defense, please advise PAAO your name, affiliation, and the name of the presenter(applicant) you would like to observe.
Disturbing manner during the defense is subject to exit.
For presenters;
-A seminar room is reserved, on the assumption that a defense in person is going to take place. Thus, you have to request the Chair for an online defense in advance if you wish, since online defense is allowed only as a precautionary measure against COVID-19.
-Please check the title of your thesis and the presentation date. If there is any change on the title (including single-byte/double-byte, marks, spaces, subscript/superscript numbers and the Japanese translation), a "Title Change Form" must be submitted. Your academic supervisor has the form.
-Test the equipment such as projectors in the venue in advance if they work properly.
-In case the venue is located in Room 414, 431 and 512 in Faculty of Science Bldg. 1, the key of the rooms must be picked up from Physics General Office (JIMU) in Room 234.

政府の緊急事態宣言の発令が検討されていることに基づき、2021年3月修了の審査会は次のとおり対応してください。
・1月12日（火）以後に開催を予定する審査会は全てオンラインで開催してください。
・1月8日（金）までに開催を予定する審査会はオンラインでの開催を検討してください。
（検討の結果、オンラインでの審査に変更する場合は物理教務までお知らせください。）
【オンライン審査会について】
・オンライン審査会のURLは主査が設定をしてください。
・主査は副査、指導教員、学生などの関係者にURLを周知してください。
(物理教務へのURLの連絡は不要です。外部から問い合わせがありました際に主査に連絡します）
・発表は原則公開とするため、オンラインで開催する場合の審査会のURLは見学者から問い合わせがあった場合には公開が求められます。
・審査には十分な時間をかけてください。

Dear staff of Department of physics,
Master and doctor student March 2021 completion
On basis of the COVID-19 emergency declaration, Master and Doctoral defense by the department of physics is held as follows.
Regarding the defense date after January 12(Tue.), all defense is held remotely , online defense, only.
Regarding the defense date before January 8 (Fri.), please consider by remotely, online defense, during the defense committee members.
Consideration of the way of defense, please inform us in case of the defense remotely.
Regarding Online defense
-The meeting channel for an online defense is prepared by the Chair.
-Please inform all the related staffs including the Vice committees, the academic supervisor and the student of the URL PAAO contact the chief in case outsider contacts us to observe.
In other words, there is no need to reply the defense URL to PAAO before we contact you.
-Since presentation is open public in principle, the URL of defenses will be announced to those who requested to observe.
- Defense requires to take enough time even though online.
