提出期限：令和4年1月6日（木）17:00まで （期限厳守）
提出先：指導教員(主査）
部数 ：3部 （主査用1部・副査用2部）
*形式は不問です。事前に連絡を取り、どのような方法での受け取りを希望されるのか確認してください。
最終版提出期限：令和4年1月28日(金)17：00まで （期限厳守）
提出先：物理教務事務室へ ＊指導教員に了承を得てから学生が提出してください。感染状況を鑑み、郵送を推奨します。郵送提出の方法は1/21付メールを見てください。

*下に示す最終版の作成要項を満たし、表紙、中表紙、背表紙は指導教員が登録した題目と完全一致（半角全角、記号、スペース、下付き/上付き数字、和訳等含む）している冊子のみ、受け取ります。
*最終版の論文は理学図書館にて保管されます。発表スケジュールに掲載されている題目から変更のある場合は、最終版論文とともに「題目変更届」を提出してください。
修士論文最終版 作成要項；
・A4版/両面コピーで作成
・緑のフラットファイル （A4S）を使用
・左側を綴じ、ファイルの表紙、背表紙、中表紙に論文題目と氏名を記入。中表紙をコピーしたものを表紙に貼ることを推奨。
・表紙と中表紙における論文題目は、日本語と英語を併記
・論文題目の順番は、
- 本文が英語の場合は英語の題目と改行のうえカッコ書き“（ ）”で日本語の題目を併記
- 本文が日本語の場合は日本語の題目と改行のうえカッコ書き“（ ）”で英語の題目を併記
・背表紙の題目は論文使用言語での記載が必須です。
・理学研究科は、論文のタイトルを日本語と英語の両方で表記することを求めています。また、本文中で使用していない言語のタイトルは（）で括って表記してください。
Deadline: 17:00, Thursday, 6 January, 2022
No submission is accepted after the deadline.

Number of copies: 3 copies (Chair 1/ vice committees 2)
*Formats are not required. Please contact your supervisor in advance to confirm how they would like to receive the thesis.
Final version submission deadline: 17:00, Friday, 28 January
Submit to: PAAO *Only after obtaining the approval of your supervisor. Considering the critical situation of Covid-19, it is recommended to submit your thesis by postal service (Japan Post). Please see the email dated 1/21 for instructions.
Number of copy required: one
*We accept the copy of the final version only when the titles on the cover, the spine and the first page in the thesis are spelled perfectly coincide (including one-byte/half-byte, marks, spaces, subscript/superscript numbers, and the Japanese translation).
*The final version of theses will be kept in the Science Library. In order to change the title of the thesis from one listed on the schedule, a “Title Change Form” must be submitted.
Thesis Format；
・A4 size / duplex printing
・Flat file (green / A4S)
・Left side bound, the title and your name must be printed on the cover, the spine and the first page. It is recommended to put a copy of the first page on the cover.
・The title on the cover and the first page must be written both in Japanese and English.
・The order of putting the title is;
-If the thesis is in English, the Japanese title comes in a new line with brackets "()".
-If the thesis is in Japanese, put the English title in a new line with brackets "()".
・On the spine, the title must be written in the same language as the text of the thesis.
・The Graduate School of Science is requiring the title of your thesis in both Japanese and English; the language you do not use in the text must be also written in brackets "()". *Modification of the thesis format.
論文題目の決定、論文の本文を書く言語の選択/The title of your Master's thesis, The language of your Master's thesis (Japanese / English)
論文題目とその使用言語は、指導教員が10月上旬に物理学専攻の論文システムに登録することになっています。
The title of the thesis and the language to be used are supposed to be registered in the thesis system of the Department of Physics by your academic supervisor in early October.
修士論文審査会 発表スケジュール/Master's thesis defense committee schedule
スケジュール/Schedule Updating as needed.
オンライン開催を予定しています（2021年10月現在）。スケジュールは12月中旬にお知らせします。
審査期間：2022年1月11日（火）～1月26日（水）
All defenses will be basically held online this term. The schedule will be informed around mid-December.
Defense period : January 11 (Tue.) - January 26 (Wed.), 2022

2月から3月頃に、理学系研究科よりUTASを通じて依頼があります。対象者は回答必須です。

Where to submit: Online (UTAS)
Around February or March, the Graduate School of Science will send a request for the Exit Survey through UTAS. Those who are eligible must respond.
