1.修士論文審査会　発表スケジュール
発表者へ
・各自、事前に会場設備（プロジェクター等）の動作確認をすること
・会場が理学部1号館のセミナー室（414・431・512等）である場合は鍵の借用が必要です。
担当：物理教務事務室（理1-208号室)

2.「学位記記載事項確認表」の内容確認
配布場所：物理教務事務室(理1-208)
締切：2018年1月25日（木）まで
※　物理教務事務室に立ち寄ることが難しい場合は、電子ファイルで送ります。
必要情報をこちらで登録をしてください。3営業日以内に送ります。
ただし、提出は上の締切までに原紙が必要です。（必着）

3.博士課程への出願（内部進学者向け）
出願期間（化学専攻以外）： 平成30（2018）年1月5日（金）～1月10日（水）（消印有効）
※　物理教務事務室でも願書は配布中です。
願書は、物理教務事務室から郵送しません。
修士課程から博士課程へ進学をする場合も出願が必要です。

4．平成29年度 東京大学学位記授与式(東京大学のHPへLink)
学位記授与式：平成30年3月22日（木）
同日に物理学専攻における学位記伝達式を予定しております。
詳細は決まり次第、掲載します。

Ref: Ceremony Dress (Academic Gown)

1. Dissertation Defense Committee Schedule
 For presenters;
- Please test the operation of the eqipments such as projectors in advance.
- In case the venue is located in Room 414, 431 and 512 in Science Bldg 1, the key of the rooms must be picked up from Physics Academic Affairs Office in Room 208. 

2. Confirmation of the "Diploma Registration Certificate"
-Distributed at Physics Academic Affairs Office in Room 208 in Science Bldg 1.
Deadline:  Thursday, 25 January, 2018
*If it is difficult for you to come to Physics Academic Affairs Office, the digital file is also available. 
Plese fill in the form below. 
The digital file will be sent to you in three working days.
Please note that you still need to submit the original copy by the due date.

3. Application to doctoral programs (for UTokyo master students)
Admission Period (except Dept. of Chemistry):  Friday, 5 January - Wednesday, 10 January, 2018
(postmark of the deadline day is valid)
*Application form is available at Physics Academic Affairs Office but will not be sent to you by post.
For those who go on to UTokyo doctoral course from the graduate course, application procedure is mandatory.

4. Diploma Presentation of the University of Tokyo for AY 2017 (UTokyo website)
Date:  Thursday, 22 March, 2018
Commencement ceremony of Dept. of Physics will take place on the same day.
The details will be informed as fixed.
