1.博士論文審査会　発表スケジュール
論文審査期間：平成30年1月4日（木）-1月26日（金）

発表者へ
・各自、事前に会場設備（プロジェクター等）の動作確認をすること
・会場が理学部1号館のセミナー室（414・431・512等）である場合は鍵の借用が必要です。
担当：物理教務事務室（理1-208号室)

発表審査会の時間は2時間以内が目安です。
2時間の内訳
口頭による論文内容の説明：約40分
主査の司会による公開質疑応答：約20分
非公開の審査：～60分）

2.理学系研究科の論文提出期間と「指導教員確認書」提出
提出書類・提出先・提出期間

12月18日（月）・19日（火）・20日（水）　　【締切厳守】
受付時間　午前９：３０～１１：３０／午後１：３０～４：３０

「指導教員確認書」の提出
締切：12月21日(木)
提出先：物理教務
※　学生は論文提出時に物理教務に立ち寄ることになっております。
そのため、指導教員が本用紙を学生にお預けして提出することでも構いません。
（フォームは先生がお持ちです）

主査・副査への論文提出期限：12月26日（火）
主査による物理教務への受領確認：12月27日（水）12：00まで

3．平成29年度 東京大学学位記授与式(東京大学のHPへLink)
学位記授与式：平成30年3月22日（木）
同日に理学系研究科による学位記伝達式を予定しております。

1. Dissertation Defense Committee Schedule
January 4 (Mon.) to January 26(Fri.)

For presenters
- Please test the operation of the eqipments such as projectors in advance.
- In case the venue is located in Room 414, 431 and 512 in Science Bldg 1, the key of the rooms must be picked up from Physics Academic Affairs Office in Room 208.

A defense committee is scheduled to be about 2 hours;
Presentation of the dissertation should be in 40 min.
Questions and answers should be in 20 min.
The rest of 60 min. is for closed-door defense talk.

2. Submission Period for Dissertations of Graduate School of Science and Confirmation by the Academic Supervisor
- [Documents to be submitted including a dissertation, Place for Submission of Thsis, Submission period of Degree Dissertation ]
-Dissertation Submission
 Submission period:  18, 19 and 20 December, 2017 (no later than the deadline)
 Office hour:  AM9:30 - 11:30 / PM13:30 - 16:30

-Submission of the Confirmation of the Doctoral Dissertation by the Academic Supervisor
 Deadline:  Thursday, December 21
 Submission to:   Physics Academic Affairs Office
 *Dissertations must be submitted to Physics Academic Affairs Office.  Thus, your academic supervisors may give you the Confirmation to submit to us on behalf.
  (Your academic supervisor has it.)

Please birng your dissertation to each of the committee members. (Chif-Examnier and Sub-Chief Examiner)　
You need to submit your dissertation by Tue. December 26.
The deadline for acknowledging the receipt of a dissertation is 12:00, Wed. December 27.

3. Diploma Presentation of the University of Tokyo for AY 2017 (UT website)
Date:  Thursday, 22 March, 2018
Commencement ceremony of Dept. of Physics will take place on the same day.
The details will be informed as fixed.
