The following information is for students who wish to complete your degree on 31 August, 2018.

修士論文の提出要項/Submission procedure　
1) 提出期限：平成30年7月6日（金）17:00 厳守
　提出先：指導教員(主査）
　※　最終版1部は、指導教員が平成30年8月8日(水)17：00までに物理教務へ提出
2)部数　3部：主査用(1部）・副査用(2部）
3)審査期間　論文審査会のスケジュールは、6月中旬にお知らせ予定
4)論文作成要項
　A4版・両面コピーで作成
　緑のフラットファイル （A4S）を使用
　左側を綴じ、ファイルの表紙、背表紙、中表紙に論文題目と氏名を記入
　題目は、日本語と英語のもの併記
　題目の順番は、
　・本文が英語の場合は和訳を改行のうえカッコ書き“（ ）”で付記してください。
　・本文が日本語の場合は日本語の題目と改行のうえ英語の題目を併記してください
　背表紙の題目は論文使用言語の記載が必須です。
　記載される論文の題目は完全一致（半角全角、記号、スペース、下付き/上付き数字、和訳等含む）していないものは受け取れません。
　登録した題目から変更する場合は「題目変更届」の提出が必要です
　最終版の論文は理学図書館にて保管されます

1) Deadline:  July 6, 2018 (Fri.), 17:00
　No submission is accepted after the deadline.
　To:  your  academic supervisor (chair committee)
  *The final version must be submitted  by the academic supervisor  to the Physics Academic Affairs Office by August 8 (Wed.), 17:00.
2)Number of copies:  3 copies (chair committee 1/vice committees 2)
3)Defense Period:  Defense committee schedule will be informed around mid June
4) Thesis Format
・A4 size / duplex printing
・Flat file (green / A4S)
・Left side bound, the title and your name must be printed on both the cover and spine. 
・The title must be written both in Japanese and English.
   -If the thesis is in English, the Japanese title comes in a new line with brackets "()".
   -If the thesis is in Japanese, put the English title in a new line without any bracket.
・On the spine, the title must be noted in the same language as the thesis.
・If the titles in the thesis are not spelled perfectly coincide (including one-byte/half-byte, marks, spaces, subscript/superscript numbers and the Japanese translation), the thesis cannot be accepted.
・In case where the title is changed, a “Title Change Form” needs to be submitted.
・The final version of theses will be kept in the Library of the faculty of Science.

＊単位数の確認/Number of credits to complete your Master's program
修士論文の合格と共に30単位以上物理学特別実験I～IIまたは物理学特別演習I～II：20単位を含む）と研究倫理の取得が修了には必要

Along with your thesis regarded as pass, more than 30 credits, ncluding 20 credits for Seminar in Theoretical Physics I-II or Experimental Research I-II, and Research Ethics must be earned to complete.

＊論文の本文を書く言語の選択（日本語か英語）/The language of your Master's Thesis (Japanese / English)
締切：6月3日（日）23時59まで
UTASのアンケート機能から登録をしてください。
指導教員と決めた論文題目に基づく本文をどちらの言語（日本語か英語）で書くのか、次の点を教えてください。
・本文を英語で書く場合:URLに必要情報を入力し、送信してください。（必要情報：学籍番号、氏名）
・本文を日本語で書く場合:手続きは不要です。
