講義室の使用について / Use of Lecture Rooms

講義室を以下のとおり開室します。使用する際には、新型コロナウイルス感染症拡大防止のため、以下の点に留意して利用してください。

開室期間：４月１日（金）～　（土日祝日を除く）
開室時間：8:00～20:00
開室する講義室：207号室、206号室、233号室、1220号室
使用対象者：物理学科・物理学専攻学生のみ

Lecture rooms are open for use as follows. Please be reminded that the rooms should be used in accordance with the COVID-19 measures.
Period: April 1, 2022~ (excluding the weekends and national holidays)
Open hours: 8:00～20:00
Open rooms: #206, #207, #233 and #1220
Eligibility: only the students of the Dept. of Physics

・座席表の「〇」印の席に座ってください。
・オンライン授業を受講しても構いません。各自でパソコン、ヘッドセットを準備してください。
・室内で会話をしても構いませんが、他の使用者に迷惑をかける行為をしないでください。（輪講・勉強会には使用しないでください）
・風邪・発熱がある方は利用を控えてください。
・入退室時など、手指消毒や手洗いを頻繁に行ってください。
・室内では、マスクの着用を原則とします。
・退室する際には、使用した机、ドアノブ、電気スイッチ、窓等を、アルコール入りウェットティッシュ等で拭いてください。
・飲食をしても構いませんが、集まらずに間隔をあけてください。食べ残しやゴミは持ち帰るか、直ちに破棄してください。
・入室時に窓とドアは閉めても構いませんが、定期的に窓とドアを開けて換気をしてください。退室する際に、室内に誰もいない時は窓とドアを開けておいてください。
・荷物は各自で管理してください。

-Use the seats with O mark, to keep distance.
-The rooms can be used to take online lectures. Use your own PC and headsets.
-Conversation is allowed, but please do not disturb other people in the same room. (Group discussion and study meetings are not allowed.)
-Refrain from using the rooms when you have cold-like symptoms.
-Use the hand sanitizer or wash hands before/after using the rooms.
-Wear a mask while in the room.
-Sanitize the desk, door handle, light switch windows etc. with wet tissues when leaving the room.
-Keep distance when you eat and drink. Please do not leave the trashes.
-Ventilate the rooms regularly by opening the windows. Leave the windows open when you leave the room.
-Take care of your own luggage.
