共通のお知らせ / Notification for all graduating students

・会場への入室開始は、開始15分前からです。
・式典中の修了生（卒業生）のマスク着用は、個人の判断に委ねることを基本とします。
・風邪・発熱がある方は参加を控えてください。
・手指消毒や手洗いなど、感染症予防の基本を励行するようにしてください。
・ご家族の方は会場の小柴ホールに入場できません。式典の様子をYouTubeで配信する予定です（限定公開）。B4、M2のメーリングリストでURLを周知しますので、視聴を希望するご家族にお伝えください。ご家族以外には配布しないようお願いします。
・2023年4月以降に理学部・理学系研究科を離れる方は学生証を回収します。
・学位記を受領しましたら、速やかに会場から退出してください。
・The venue will open 15 minutes prior to the Ceremony.
・ Wearing a mask during the ceremony is at your discretion.
・If you have cold-like symptoms or fever, please refrain from attending the Ceremony.
・Please wash your hands or use sanitizer in order to prevent infection.
・The family members are unfortunately not allowed to enter the Koshiba Hall. The Ceremony will be available live on YouTube.  The live URL will be sent to B4 and M2 students by mailing list.  Please forward it to your family and relatives who would like to see.  We ask you to refrain from telling the URL to the others.
・Those who leave the Schools of Science after April 2023 must return your student ID card on that day.
・Please leave the Hall promptly after you receive your diploma.

日時：3月24日（金）14:00
理学部奨励賞受賞者の表彰も行います。対象者には別途通知します。

会場：理学部１号館中央棟２階小柴ホール　座席表は当日配付します。

注意事項：
1) 出席の回答のあった方のみ配付物を会場に準備します。 座席は学生証番号の下2桁で表示するため、自分の学生証番号を確認の上で参加してください。
2) 伝達式欠席の場合、出欠登録フォームに入力し、3/28以降(3/31,4/1を除く)に物理教務に学位記を受け取りに来てください。
3) 欠席をしてやむなく郵送を希望する方は、出欠登録フォームに送付先等を入力してください。ただし学位記の郵送中の事故による紛失等についてはこちらでは一切の責任を負いかねます。
4) UTAS 上で実施されている進路状況調査に未回答の方は、必ず回答してください。進学予定者も必須です。 3月23日までUTASにアクセス可能です 。
5) 1号館のロッカーの鍵を外し、中身を空にし、次に使う学生が気持ちよく使えるようにしてください

Date: 16:00 Thursday, 23 March, 2023
All the recipients of the Encouragement Award are requested to attend the first session.

Venue: Koshiba Hall, 2F, the Faculty of Science Bldg. 1　The seat map will be distributed at the reception of the ceremony.

Notes:
1) Printed matter will be available at the Hall only for those who answered in the Forms "I will attend". The seats will be arranged with the last two or three digits of your student ID number.
2) Please select "absent" in the Forms, if you are unable to attend the Ceremony, and come to PAAO to pick up your diploma after 28 March (except 31 March and 1 April).
3) If you have no choice but to receive your diploma by postal mail, please register the shipping address in the Form. We will not bear any responsibility for the damage or loss of the diploma on the way of shipment.
4) Please make sure to answer the exit survey posted on UTAS. It is a mandatory survey even if you go on to the doctoral program of UT. The survey is open to access until 22 March.

Automatic Certificate Issuuing Machines
Following certificates are available;
Master's students-> Certificate of Program Completion (JP/Eng),　Academic Transcript (JP/Eng)
Doctoral students -> Certificate of Program Degree (JP/Eng),　Academic Transcript (JP/Eng)
Issuing period: March 23 - March 31, 15:00pm
*Your student ID number and password are required to use the machines.
Please take a note of your UTokyo account number (10 digits) and password since your student card will be collected at the reception of the Commencement Ceremony if you are leaving the School of Science in the end of March.
*School Student Fare Discount Certificate (GAKUWARI) cannot be issued on or after March 23.
