物理教務事務室(208)　窓口休止日/Physics Academic Affairs Office (Room208) Closing

次の期間は閉室いたします。

7月30日(火)　レポート提出は、入口のポストで受け付けます。
8月13日(火)～8月14日(水)
8月20日(火)～9月10日(火)

The offices will be closed during the following periods.
July 30(Tue)
August 13(Tue) ～ August 14(Wed)
August 20(Tue) ～ September10(Tue)

教室施錠/Room Closing

防犯のために終日施錠します。
ご使用になる場合は、物理事務(201b号室)で鍵を借りてください。
閉室期間： 7月30日(火) ～ 9月30日(月)
対象教室： 1号館　206、207、233、4号館　1220

For security reasons, all rooms will be locked during the following period. If you would like to use a room, go to the Physics Department Office, Room 201b, and pick up the key.  
Closing Period ： July 30 (Tue) ～ September 30 (Mon)
Rooms： Science Bldg. 1 －206, 207, 233，Science Bldg.４－1220

学生ラウンジ（210号室、339号室）閉室/Lounge Closing (Room 210 and Room 339)

夏季休業期間中は、平日8:00～20:00に使用できます。なお、下記の閉室期間は使用できません。ルールを守って使用してください。

対象の部屋：1号館学生ラウンジ（2階210号室および3階339号室）
夏季休業期間：7月30日(火)～9月30日(月)
　　閉室期間：7月30日(火)～9月4日(水)

閉室期間中に大学院入試を予定しています。室内のホワイトボードに書いたものは閉室期間前日までに消してください。

It will be open 8:00～20:00 on weekdays during the summer holiday. The student lounge will be closed during the following periods.  Please follow the rules of the lounge. 

Room：Student Lounge in Science Bldg. 1(Room 210 and Room 339)
Summer Holiday：June 30 (Tue) ～ September 30 (Mon)
Closing Period：June 30 (Tue) ～ September 4 (Wed)

The entrance exams for the graduate programs take place during the closing period. Please erase everything on the white board before the closing period starts.
