Application Procedure

Please submit your application individually via the following link:

Appointment Period

Please select one of the following options:

• April Enrollees
  Full year: June 1, 2026 – February 28, 2027

• October Enrollees
  First term: June 1, 2026 – September 30, 2026　
  Second term: November 1, 2026 – February 28, 2027

• October 2026 Enrollees
  (For Fall 2026 entrants only): November 1, 2026 – March 31, 2027

■ Required Documents ■

1. International students must submit a copy of the first page of their bank passbook and a copy of their residence card.

2. Dependent deduction documents
   (Either the 2026 Dependent Deduction Declaration Form or the 2026 Special Tax Category Declaration Form)

3. For those submitting a My Number for the first time only:
   Please place the following documents in a sealed envelope labeled with
   [TA / Department Name / Full Name / My Number]

   1. My Number Consent and Notification Form
      (“Request for Submission of the My Number Consent and Notification Form and Identity Verification Documents.pdf”)
   2. Copy of both sides of the My Number Card

   For those without a My Number Card:
   Please submit copies of the My Number Notification Card and a photo ID
   (student ID acceptable).
