募集内容

理学系研究科物理学専攻での研究を推進するRAを募集します。
本制度は、物理学専攻に属する物理学教室および関連部局の予算の援助の下、実施しています。

募集対象

2026年4月1日現在、物理学専攻 博士課程に在学している方。休学中は給与は支給されません。
理学系研究科博士課程学生支援制度リサーチ・アシスタント(理学系RA) との重複が可能。
国際卓越大学院プログラム奨励金受給者、日本学術振興会特別研究員、国費留学生、
GSGC、SPRING GX、物性研RA、これらと同等またはそれ以上の給与奨学金を受給される場合は応募不可。高エネルギー加速器研究機構、宇宙科学研究所研究室所属の学生は応募は応募不可。

採用期間および給与

採用期間　2026年6月1日 から 2027年2月28日 まで
月額支給　20,000円 (6月分は 40,000円）

注意事項

本給与は税法上「給与所得」の取扱いとなり、他に所得がある場合は額によって確定申告が必要になることがあります。 また年間収入（1－12月）が一定額を超過すると、被扶養者からはずれて扶養者が扶養控除を受けられなくなる場合や、健康保険料を払うことになる場合があるのでご注意ください。なお、税金や保険に関してはご自身で確認してください。

選考方法

本プログラムにより設置する選考委員会において採用者の選考を行う。

採用者決定の時期と通知

採用者の決定及び通知は、2026年6月中旬に申請書記載のメールアドレスへ通知します。

研究報告

採用者は年度末2027年3月14日までに物理RA報告書作成してください。

Eligibility

Those who are enrolled in the doctoral program of the Dept. of Physics, as of 1 April 2026.Salary is not paid during leave of absence.
Dual application for the Butsuri RA and Rigakukei RA is acceptable.
Those who are in the WINGS, JSPS, MEXT, GSGC, SPRING GX, ISSP RA or other programs with equivalent salary/scholarship cannot apply.
Students affiliated with the High Energy Accelerator Research Organization or the Institute of Space and Astronautical Science cannot apply.

Appointment Period and Salary Amount

Period: 1 June, 2026 to 28 February, 2027
Amount: JPY 20,000/month (JPY 40,000 for June)

■Recommendation from academic supervisors■

Applications must be supported by a recommendation from your academic supervisor.
An email will be sent to both the applying student and their supervisor once the application is made online. The supervisor must access a separate Forms provided in the email and submit their approval/rejection.

■ Required Documents ■

You will receive an automatic email once your application is made online. Upload the following documents to the link stated in the email.

1. International students must submit a copy of the first page of their bank passbook and a copy of their residence card.
2. Dependent deduction documents
   (Either the 2026 Dependent Deduction Declaration Form or the 2026 Special Tax Category Declaration Form)
3. For those submitting a My Number for the first time only:
   Please place the following documents in a sealed envelope labeled with
   [RA / Department Name / Full Name / My Number]
   1. My Number Consent and Notification Form
      (“Request for Submission of the My Number Consent and Notification Form and Identity Verification Documents.pdf”)
   2. Copy of both sides of the My Number Card

For those without a My Number Card:
Please submit copies of the My Number Notification Card and a photo ID
(student ID acceptable).

Notes

The salary is regarded as “earned income”. Therefore, if you have income from other sources, you may need to declare for income tax return depending on the total amount of your income. In case your total annual income (January to December) exceeds a certain amount, you may be excluded from the category of a dependent, or you may be asked to pay the health insurance premium. In any case, please check about the tax/insurance related matter carefully by yourself.
