2026-2027年度_理学修士卓越RA募集要項

（委嘱対象者）
・2025年10月に本研究科修士課程に入学し、在学する者で、博士進学を目指す者。
・2026年4月に本研究科修士課程に入学し、在学する者で、博士進学を目指す者。
　日本学術振興会特別研究員－DC1に申請予定であることを条件とする。
　ただし、休学者、国費留学生（台湾交流協会奨学金含）、リーディング大学院及び国際卓越大学院教育プログラム奨励金等（GSGC含）受給者、他からの経済支援受給者のうち年間総額100万円を超えて受給している学生を除く。 

（委嘱期間）
2025年10月入学者は2027年1月から2027年8月までの連続した8ヶ月間とする。
2026年4月入学者は2027年1月から2028年2月までの連続した14ヶ月間とする。
委嘱開始日は月の初日（1日）とする。

（単価・募集人数）
月額 40,000 円、理学系全体で 35 名程度とする。

<<Eligible students>>
-Those who were enrolled in the Master's course in October 2025 and are aiming to go on to the Doctoral course
-Those who were enrolled in the Master's course in April 2026 and are aiming to go on to the Doctoral course

Applicants must be planning to apply for the Japan Society for the Promotion of Science (JSPS) Research Fellowship for Young Scientists (DC1).

However, those who are on a leave of absence, recipients of MEXT scholarships (including the Taiwan Exchange Association Scholarship),  Global Science Graduate Course (GSGC) grants, or recipients of financial support from other sources who receive more than 1 million JPY in total per year, cannot apply.

JPY40,000/m
appox. 35 students in the Graduate School of Science

[Delegation period]
Enrolled in October 2025: 1 January 2027 - 31 August 2027 (8 months)
Enrolled in April 2026: 1 January 2027 - 28 February 2028(14 months)
*The starting date is the first day of each month.

■ Required Documents ■

You will receive an automatic response email upon your application. Upload the following documents to the link stated in that email.

1. International students must submit a copy of the first page of their bank passbook and a copy of their residence card.
2. Dependent deduction documents
   (Either the 2026 Dependent Deduction Declaration Form or the 2026 Special Tax Category Declaration Form)
3. Submitting a My Number for the first time only:
   Please enclose the following documents in a sealed envelope labeled with
   ["RA" / Physics (Department) / Full Name / "My Number enclosed"]
   1. My Number Consent and Notification Form
      (“Request for Submission of the My Number Consent and Notification Form and Identity Verification Documents.pdf”)
   2. Copy of both sides of the My Number Card

For those without a My Number Card:
Please submit copies of the My Number Notification Card and an ID with your photo
(student ID card acceptable).

<<Selection>>

Applications will be reviewed by the Evaluation Committee of the Department.

<<Decision and notification>>

The decision is going to be announced in December or later. A commission notification will be issued to the appointee.

<<Payment of unit price(monthly) >>

The payment will be made in the following month of the research starting from January 2027

<<Report>>

Appointees are required to complete and submit the Master's Excellence Research Assistant Activity Completion Report (Form 2) through the Master's Excellence RA Report Submission Form by March 3, 2028.
Students who entered the Master's Program in October 2025 must submit the report by September 3, 2027.
