理学図書館では、資料の有効利用を図るため、重複資料等を無料でお分けします。
先着順とさせていただきますので予めご了承ください。

いずれかの方法でお申し込みください。
１．平日9時～17時に理学図書館に来館する
リストに「ラウンジ」とある資料：
　理学図書館（1号館）のラウンジに並べます。
　直接ご覧になり、ご希望の資料がありましたら、
　理学図書館3階カウンターへお持ちください。
　カウンターで確認したのち、お渡しします。
リストに「職員出納」とある資料：
　理学図書館3階カウンターで書名等をお伝えください。
　職員がお持ちします。

２．メールで申し込む
次の事項を記入の上、メールにてお申し込みください。
（１）希望する資料
　　　　点数が多い場合には、リスト上の「No.」のみでも構いません。
（２）お名前
（３）ご連絡先（メールアドレス）
（４）お渡し方法
　　　　来館して受け取る場合：来館予定日
　　　　送付を希望する場合：ご希望の送付方法（学内便か郵送か）、送付先
　　　　※送料が発生する場合はご負担願います。

To make effective use of materials, we will share materials that are no longer needed free of charge.

Please apply by either of the following methods.

1. Visit the Science Library between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. on weekdays
Materials listed as "Lounge":
 They will be placed in the lounge of the Science Library (Bldg. 1).
 Please bring the materials you want to the 3F service desk.
 The staff will give it to you after checking it.
Materials listed as "Paging":
 Please tell the staff at the 3F service desk the title and volume number of the materials you want.
 The staff will bring them to you.

2. Apply by e-mail
Please fill in the following information and send it to us by e-mail.
(1) Title and volume number of the materials you want
    --If you want many materials, please let us know only "No." on the list.
(2) Your Name
(3) Your e-mail address
(4) Delivery method
    --If you would like to pick up in person at the Science Library: Date you plan to come to the Science Library
    --If you wolud like to send: Preferred method of delivery (internal mail or postal) and mailing address
      *Please note that you will be responsible for any shipping costs incurred.
