共通のお知らせ / Notification for all graduating students

・会場への入室開始は、開始20分前からです。
・開始5分前までにはご着席ください。
・2024年4月以降に理学部・理学系研究科を離れる方は学生証を回収します。ご持参ください。
・ご家族の方もご出席いただけます。状況によっては、立ち見になる場合があります。
・オンラインでの配信は実施いたしません。

・The venue will open 20 minutes prior to the Ceremony.
・Be sure to be seated in Koshiba Hall 5 minutes prior to the ceremony.
・Those who leave the Schools of Science after April 2024 must return your student ID card on that day.
　Please make sure to bring your student ID card with you.
・Family members are welcome to attend the Ceremony.
　Seats may not sufficiently be available depending on the situation.
・No live-viewing will take place.

学部　物理学科学位記伝達式

日時：3月22日（金）10:30～12:00
会場：理学部１号館　中央棟２階　小柴ホール

※3月15日（金）までに、学位記伝達式の出欠登録をお願いします。
　「出席」と回答があった方にのみ、配付物を会場に準備します。
　　出欠登録フォーム　（UTokyoアカウントでアクセスしてください）

注意事項：
1)　理学部奨励賞受賞者の表彰も併せて行います。対象者には別途通知します。
2)　座席表は当日配付予定です。また、座席は学生証番号の下2桁で表示します。自分の学生証番号を確認した上で参加してください。
3)　UTAS 上で実施されている進路状況調査に未回答の方は、必ず回答してください。進学予定者も必須です。3月21日までUTASにアクセス可能です。
4)　伝達式を欠席される方は、3月26日以降（4月3日午後、4日午前を除く）に、物理教務に学位記を受け取りに来てください。その際、学生証を持参してください。やむなく郵送を希望する場合は、出欠登録フォームに送付先等を入力してください。ただし学位記の郵送中の事故による紛失等については、こちらでは一切の責任を負いかねます。
5)　1号館のロッカーの鍵を外し、中身を空にし、次に使う学生が気持ちよく使えるようにしてください。ロッカーの使用期限は3月8日です。

Ceremony for the Commencement of Master’s program of the Department of Physics

Date: 15:00 Thursday, 21 March, 2024
Venue: Koshiba Hall, 2F, the Faculty of Science Bldg. 1　

※Please register your attendance or absence by Friday, March 15.
　Printed matter will be available at the Hall only for those who answered in the Forms "I will attend".
　　Registration Forms　（Please sign in with your UTokyo account.）

Notes:
1)　All the recipients of the Encouragement Award are requested to attend the first session.
2)　The seat map will be distributed at the reception of the ceremony. The seats will be arranged with the last two or three digits of your student ID number.
3)　Please make sure to answer the exit survey posted on UTAS. It is a mandatory survey even if you go on to the doctoral program of UT. The survey is open to access until 21 March.
4)　Please select "absent" in the Forms, if you are unable to attend the Ceremony, and come to PAAO to pick up your diploma after 26 March (except April 3rd, 12:00 ～ 4th, 13:00). Please make sure to bring your student ID card with you. If you have no choice but to receive your diploma by postal mail, please register the shipping address in the Form. We will not bear any responsibility for the damage or loss of the diploma on the way of shipment.

Automatic Certificate Issuuing Machines

Following certificates are available;
Master's students-> Certificate of Program Completion (JP/Eng),　Academic Transcript (JP/Eng)
Doctoral students -> Certificate of Program Degree (JP/Eng),　Academic Transcript (JP/Eng)

Issuing period: March 21 - March 29, 15:00pm

*Your student ID number and password are required to use the machines.
*Please take a note of your UTokyo account number (10 digits) and password since your student card will be collected at the reception of the Commencement Ceremony if you are leaving the School of Science in the end of March.
*School Student Fare Discount Certificate (GAKUWARI) cannot be issued on or after March 21.
