卒業生に向けた共通のお知らせ / Notification for all graduating students
・会場への入室限度は、開始15分前となります。
Be sure to be seated in Koshiba Hall 15 minutes prior to the ceremony
・学生証を回収します。ご持参ください。
Student ID cards will be collected. Please make sure to bring your student ID card with you.
・ご家族の方もご出席いただけます。
Family members of graduating students can attend the ceremony.
・式典でのアカデミックガウンの着用 Academic gown for the University's ceremony
学部 物理学科学位記伝達式
日時：3月24日（火）14：00～←曜日を修正しました
会場：理学部１号館中央棟２階小柴ホール
UTASのアンケートタブより「卒業式の出欠」の登録
締切：3月8日(日)まで
＊ 出欠の有無に関わらず、卒業予定者は全員登録をしてください
＊ 出席の回答のあった方のみ席を準備します
座席は学生証番号の下2桁で表示するため、自分の学生証番号を確認の上で参加してください
＊ 当日欠席する学生は後日学位記を渡すため、出欠登録で卒業式以後に物理教務へ来室する日を登録してください
＊ 次の学生のためにロッカーの鍵を外し、中身を空にしてください（3月11日（水）まで）

All M2 students：fill the "Attendance form for graduation ceremony" through Enquete tab in UTas.
* Seats will only be reserved to those that have replied their participation.
*Check the last two digits of your student ID number to find your seat.
* Students who do not attend the Ceremony, please advise us the date to come to the Physics Academic Affairs Office in the Attendance form.

※発行には共通ID及びパスワードが必要です。
学生証は学位記伝達式受付時に回収しますので、事前に共通ID(下１０桁）を控えてください。
※学校学生生徒旅客運賃割引証（学割証）は3月19日以降発行できません。

You can get;
Master's students-> Certificate of Program Completion (JP/Eng), Academic Transcript (JP/Eng)
Doctoral students -> Certificate of Program Degree (JP/Eng), Academic Transcript (JP/Eng)
Issuing period: March 23 - March 31, 15:00pm
*Your student ID number and passoword are required to use the machines.
Please remember your student ID number (10 digits) and password since your student card will be collected at the reception of the Commencement Ceremony.
*The student discount certificate will not be issued after March 19.
