2023年7月　物理教務

We would like to inform you of the periods of closure of the office, classrooms and student lounges in this summer.

物理教務事務室　窓口休止日

下記の期間は物理教務事務室 (208号室)を閉室いたします。

閉室日：7月31日(月)　レポート提出は、入口のポストで受け付けます。                     

              8月11日(金)～8月15日(火)

              8月22日(火)～9月12日(火)

教室施錠

夏季休業期間中、防犯のために終日施錠します。ご使用になる場合は、物理事務(234号室)で鍵を借りてください。

施錠期間：8月1 日(火)～9月29日(金)

対象教室：１号館　206,207,233、 ４号館　1220  　※授業期間中の講義室の使用について

学生ラウンジ使用

夏季休業期間中は、平日8:00～20:00に使用できます。なお、下記の閉室期間は使用できません。ルールを守って使用してください。

対象の部屋：1号館学生ラウンジ（2階210号室および3階339号室）

夏季休業期間： 8月1日(火)～9月29日(金)

　　閉室期間：8月11日(金)～9月6日(水)

閉室期間中に大学院入試を予定しています。室内のホワイトボードに書いたものは閉室期間前日までに消してください。

計算機端末室　閉室日

計算機端末室（理学部4号館1215）は下記の期間、施錠いたします。
閉室日：8月10日（木）～9月6日（水）

Office Closing in Summer

Physics Academic Affairs Office (Room208) will be closed during the following period.      

Dates： July 31(Mon)     Reports and assignments can be accepted through the postbox in front of our office.           

              August 11(Fri)   ～           August 15(Tue)

              August 22(Tue)  ～           September 12(Tue)

Room Closing in Summer

For security reasons, all rooms will be locked during the following period. If you would like to use a room, go to the Physics Department Office, Room 234, and pick up the key.                         

Closing Period ：August 01(Tue)-September 29(Fri)

Rooms：Science Bldg. 1-206,207,233,  Science Bldg. 4-1220

Lounge Closing in Summer

It will be open 8:00～20:00 on weekdays during the summer holiday. The student lounge will be closed during the following periods.  Please follow the rules of the lounge. 

Room：Student Lounge in Science Bldg. 1(Room 210 and Room 339)

Summer Holiday：August 01(Tue)～September 29(Fri)

Closing Period：August 11(Fri)～September 06(Wed)

The entrance exams for the graduate programs take place during the closing period. Please erase everything on the white board before the closing period starts.

Computer room Closing

The room (#1215, Faculty of Science building 4) willbe locked during the following period .
Dates：August 10(Thu)～September 06(Wed)
